Terms & Conditions

1. Age Restriction. All tobacco products are available only to those aged 18 years or over, if resident in the UK. Non-UK residents may be subject to similar restrictions in theor own countries.

2. General. All goods and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter the price or specification of goods supplied by us at any time without prior notice. If the chosen product is unavailable or the price has changed you will be informed before your order is processed.

3. Payment & Shipping. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is packed and ready for shipping. We provide free delivery of goods in the UK for orders over £50. Goods are generally dispatched by Special Delivery. We aim to deliver within 3 working days from receipt of your order. Deliveries outside the UK may be chargeable, depending on order size and destination, and may of course take longer.

4. Returns & Guarantees. If an item that you have ordered is not as it was described or you no longer require the item or wish to cancel the order for absolutely any reason, this can be done within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, provided the goods are not used or damaged. All refunds will be applied within 30 days of cancellation, less the delivery charge. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Customs & Excise. Different countries have different laws about the import of tobacco products and we recommend that customers acquaint themselves with the rules applicable in their own particular jurisdiction. We leave the interpretation of such laws to the customer and we will not be held responsible for any offences committed.

6. US Customers. US customers will be aware that buying Cuban cigars is a contravention of the Trading with the Enemies Act and therefore subject to penalties, potentially including jail terms. Whilst we will deliver cigars to all parts of the world, the possibility of confiscation of orders by US Customs is entirely at the customer's risk.

7. Copyright. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the design and content of this web site are reserved to us and our licensors. Any copying of the design or contents or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights. This web site may from time to time contain links to other web sites on the internet. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those web sites.
